Saluda River Academy For The Arts

HISTORY

Saluda River Academy For The Arts was established as a fully arts integrated and partial magnet school in 1999.  The school offers educational excellence through innovative programs in the arts, academics, technology and physical developemtn.

The arts focus at SRAA provides extensive opportunities for all students to learn through creative instructional approaches and to express themselves creatively in the arts areas.

The enthusiasm, excitement and spirit generated by the program are evident throughout Saluda River Academy!  This spirit creates an environment in which students become self-confident achievers in academics and creative thinkers in all areas.

SCHOOL HOURS

Breakfast is served Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m.--7:35 a.m.  The school day begins at 7:45 a.m. and the tardy bell rings at 7:50 a.m.  The day ends at 2:25 p.m.  On Early Dismissal/Early Release Days, the school day ends at 12:30 p.m.
